Comprehensive accounting tasks to strengthen the business foundation

Closing Tasks
・Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
Prepare closing reports, business reports, and tax returns
・Conduct cost allocation calculations
・Aggregate monthly departmental profit and loss
・Handle audits
・Improve accounting processes and establish accounting rules
・Other management accounting tasks and liaise with financial institutions

・Record journal entries

■Required Qualifications
・Accounting skills equivalent to Level 2 of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bookkeeping Certification or higher
・Experience in creating documents with Excel and Word
・Over 5 years of accounting experience

■Preferred Qualifications
・Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
・Experience in consolidated financial closing as a parent company
・Experience in internal control design

Join our back-office team “ACO,” supporting our business operations, and take on the role of assisting our on-site staff.

・Purchasing and managing equipment and supplies

・Handling system tasks related to purchase orders and other documents for sales and purchases

・Processing invoices (approximate volume: issuing around 40 invoices and handling about 200 payments)

・Processing sales (handling deposits from various platforms)

・Reviewing expense reimbursements for on-site usage

・Assisting with budget management for assigned projects

・When new businesses arise, conducting content hearings and coordinating with relevant departments to establish internal processes

・Providing assistance at on-site locations (such as filming, live events, and exhibitions)

・Handling mail and deliveries
